This Privacy Policy explains how Shivanshu Chouhan(“Tradxstks”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website and application (the “Service”).   • Appointment data: bookings, service selections, and notes.
  • Documents you upload: portfolio files and chat attachments.
  • Communications: messages you exchange with your advisor.

  • Authentication and session data (cookies — see our Cookie Policy).
  • Basic technical/log data such as device, browser, and IP, for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service (sign-in, bookings, chat, document review).
  • To process payments for consultations.
  • To send transactional communications, such as your one-time sign-in codes.
  • To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and on the basis of your consent where required (which you may withdraw at any time).

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Resend (transactional email), Razorpay (payments), and video-conferencing providers.
  • Authorities where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected by access controls, row-level security, and encryption in transit. Uploaded portfolio documents are private to you and your advisor and are scheduled for automatic deletion after a retention period. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Uploaded files are auto-expired per our retention setting.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@tradxstks.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
